About these terms
These terms apply to the HouseOfZeeva website, bakery enquiries, digital products, and learning services operated by or for GoldasDust Global Inc. By using a service or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms applicable to that service and the price and access terms shown before payment. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
Bakery enquiries
A cake-enquiry form asks us to contact you about a possible order. It is not a confirmed order, price, delivery commitment, or acceptance of your requested date. We will confirm the applicable details and terms before an order is finalized.
Courses and digital products
The sales page and checkout show the price, billing structure, included products, and access duration for a particular offer. Access to a purchased course is provided to the eligible account after confirmed payment, subject to the stated offer and any applicable legal rights. Course content is for the purchaser's permitted personal learning use and must not be redistributed without authorization.
Payments and support
Payments are processed by an approved payment provider. Any refund, cancellation, or access change is handled under the offer terms shown at purchase and applicable law. For help with a payment, course, or cake enquiry, use our support area.
Email and privacy
We send emails needed for enquiries, purchases, account access, billing, and support. Accepting these terms does not itself constitute separate express consent to marketing email. Marketing is sent only when we have a documented basis permitted by applicable law, and marketing messages include an unsubscribe option. See our privacy notice.
