What this notice covers
This notice explains how HouseOfZeeva handles information submitted through the cake-enquiry form on houseofzeeva.ca. The form is for requesting a response about a possible cake order; submitting it does not confirm an order, price, or availability.
Information we collect
We collect the name, email address, phone number, event date, occasion, estimated servings, and cake details that you choose to provide. We also record the version of the enquiry notice you accepted and a reference for the request.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you about availability and design, prepare a quote, and keep an appropriate record of the enquiry. We do not use this form to enrol you in marketing messages.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Enquiries are stored in HouseOfZeeva’s private Firebase infrastructure operated through Google Cloud. Public visitors cannot read, change, list, or delete submitted enquiries. Access is limited to authorized administrators who need the information to respond or manage the request.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting order, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the business. We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to prevent public access; no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to use the form and contact us directly instead. You may also ask about your information, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain.
